The new Volkswagen service revolution, an extension of Volkswagen's Service Promise, makes the costs of Volkswagen servicing transparent and more affordable. It also provide customers with flexible and cost effective solution for their service needs as well as the confidence that their Volkswagen cars will be serviced to the highest standard by qualified Volkswagen specialists.

(Every 12 months or 10,000 miles)

Minor service includes:

Oil & filter change
Vehicle inspection and report to include:

     Glass
     Locks
     Battery
     Coolant level
     Drive belts
     Braking system
     Steering

Wash and vacuum
Full vehicle road test
Diagnostic check including report
Re-set service interval display
Volkswagen stamp in service book
Price includes parts, oil, labour and VAT (20%)

(Every 24 months or 20,000 miles)

Major service includes:

Oil & filter change
Replace pollen filter
Vehicle inspection and report to include:
      All lights
      Instruments
      Bodywork
      Glass
      Locks
      Battery
      Coolant level
      Drive belts
      Braking system
      Steering
      Hoses
      Drive shafts
      Suspension
      Exhaust system
Wash and vacuum
Replace air filter
Spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine)
Remove wheels and check brakes
Check/adjust tension on all drive belts
Check gearbox oil level
Check final drive oil level
