Caffyns Accident Management will ensure that you and your vehicle are properly looked after in the unfortunate event of an accident.

If you have been involved in a road traffic accident then you just need to call our special telephone number - after you have alerted the relevant emergency authorities - and our Accident Management team will provide you with a one stop shop for your post accident needs:

• If required we will recover your vehicle from anywhere in mainland UK and return it to one of our accident repair centres
• We will then contact your insurance company to advise them that we are your repairer
• Then, we will gather estimates; obtain insurance company authorisation and take care of every aspect of your claim for you
• Then your vehicle will be expertly repaired by our fully-trained craftsmen in our accident repair centre.

If the accident was not your fault:

• We can arrange for you to have a hire a car of at least the same model and specification as yours (this will be free of charge as the costs will be recovered from the fault party). We will also handle the recovery of any uninsured losses such as a policy excess.

We can't promise that a road traffic accident won't happen, but if one does we will be here to make sure that you and your vehicle are looked after with the care and attention you deserve, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
